Claremont (Colts) face South Fremantle at Medibank Stadium this Sunday with the winner to take on Swan Districts in the Grand Final.
The Tigers enter the clash on the back of their five-point loss to Swans in the first week of the finals, while the Bulldogs ran out 21-point winners over East Perth.
The Tigers’ loss to Swans snapped an eight-game winning streak, and Ross McQueen’s men will be looking to put in a four-quarter performance after a patchy effort against the Black Ducks.

Claremont has booked a preliminary-final spot after a 67-point drubbing of East Fremantle at ATOM Stadium (East Fremantle Oval).
The Tigers made the Sharks pay for their early inaccuracy as 14 goals to five after half-time paved the way for a 19.5 (119) to 7.10 (52) victory.
From the team who convincingly defeated East Perth in round 23, Anton Hamp, Kaiden Gilbert, Ashley Fitzgerald and Joel Ebert made way for Kiefer Yu, Ben Daniher, Jackson Starcevich and Matthew Goyder.

Claremont will fight to live another day after losing by five points in a low-scoring battle with top side Swan Districts in the second semi-final at East Fremantle Oval on Sunday morning.
The result of an enthralling contest remained in doubt for a minute after the final siren.
A snapped goal from Aidan Anderson gave Swans the lead with 23 minutes and 47 seconds on the clock in the final quarter. One minute and 13 seconds remained and in that time the Tigers swept forward where tireless midfielder Alec Waterman gained possession at left half-forward and desperately threw the ball on to his trusty left boot.

The Tigers finished the season in second position with a 14-6 record, while Swans topped the table after losing just two games all season.

On a morning during which Claremont registered a remarkable six posters, pint-sized forward Scott Trickey provided a delightful highlight by booting three goals in the space of six minutes early in the third quarter as the Tigers steamrolled East Perth and charged to a 73-point triumph.
It was a solid dress rehearsal for the finals by a side which was without a handful of key players, including Jared Hardisty, Jack Prendiville, Francis Watson, Lawrence Evans and Harry Court.

Fairytales do exist in sport. A fantastic start to the match at Leederville Oval on Saturday paved the way for Claremont’s glorious victory over league leaders East Perth to send retiring stars Trinity Handley, Matt Orzel, Luke Blackwell and Andrew Foster into football’s sunset in a blaze of glory.
And what a fitting finale it was for this much loved and admired quartet who have given so much pleasure to the Tigers faithful over the past decade.

Claremont will face East Fremantle in the first Semi Final at ATOM Stadium (East Fremantle Oval) after defeating East Perth by 62 points to finish the season in third position.
In what was virtually an Elimination Final at Medibank Stadium, the Tigers kicked 14 goals to four after quarter-time on the way to a 16.8 (104) to 6.6 (42) victory.
