2015 Tigers Masterclass

The Tigers Master class is a 2-day Football Development Program used to assist in identifying and test talented players from the Claremont district. Based on the AFL draft combine, this program will be useful in providing raw data to both the individual and the football club on the important skills and physical standards required to play Australian Rules football. 

Initially this program is aimed at players in year 7 and year 8 with a view to expanding the testing component to other age groups in the future. Players will be expected to complete every element of the testing with individual assessments to include; 
- Sprint Speed 
- Agility 
- Vertical Leap 
- Kicking test 
- Handball test 
- Goal kicking test 
- Beep Test (shuttle run) 

All testing will be conducted by CFC players and staff, as well as qualified Strength & Conditioning staff from the University of WA. 

The day also includes other education vital to improved football performance including nutrition, vision analysis and core strength. 

Each player will receive an information pack to take away as well as; 
- CFC Tigers Academy shirt 
- CFC Backpack 
- CFC water bottle 
- CFC Certificate of Results 

Places are very limited so please get in early to avoid disappointment.

When: Tuesday 14th & Wednesday 15th July (9am-3pm) 
Cost: $200 
Lunch will be provided.
