Camp Claremont is a key component of our pre-season, and it’s an event the playing group look forward to. The Camp was held last weekend, we’d planned to train in the heat a few more times so the wet and windy conditions weren’t quite what we’d hoped for. Champion Claremont footballer and the 2007 Sandover medallist Anthony Jones and 1996 North Melbourne AFL premiership player Anthony Rock have joined former Tigers star Andrew Foster as assistant coaches of Claremont’s league squad this year.
Coach Ash Prescott will be aided by Jones as the side’s forward coach, Rock as the defensive coach and Foster as the midfield mentor.
