Claremont will be seeking five wins in a row when they take on West Perth this Saturday at the Show Grounds, in what will be the team’s final home game for the season.

The Tigers made it four consecutive wins with an eight-point victory over Subiaco in round 21, while the Falcons recorded a nine-point win over Peel Thunder.

The Tigers defeated the Falcons by 12 points back in round two at Arena Joondalup, before West Perth recorded a nine-point win at the Show Grounds in round 11.
