2026 Major Raffle

It's that time of year again and through the continued generosity of donors we are pleased to announce our 2026 Major Raffle.

Tickets are just $100 each and the funds raised go to our industry leading football development programs at Claremont Football Club and within our zones.

Terms and Conditions

 

Claremont Football Club – Major Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Claremont Football Club Inc. (ABN 64028387313), Claremont Oval, 3 Davies Road, Claremont WA 6010.

2. Permit Number

Conducted under permit number: LS225226626

3. Raffle Period

Ticket sales commence on 21st August 2026 and close on 19th October 2026. The draw will take place on 19th October 2026 at 3 Davies Road Claremont WA 6010.

4. Prizes

• First Prize: 2026 Toyota RAV4 2WD 2.5L HYBRID CVT GXL including 12 months registration, stamp duty, CTP insurance, and standard on-road costs.

• The vehicle is supplied with delivery kilometres and may have additional kilometres on the odometer due to transport, marketing, and promotional use.

• The vehicle is not exchangeable for cash or other goods.

• The winner is responsible for obtaining insurance prior to taking possession of the vehicle.

• Vehicle handover will take place at Claremont Football Club or another agreed location within 14 days of the draw.

5. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Committee members involved in administering the raffle are not eligible to enter.

6. Ticket Information

Tickets are priced at $100 each. All valid tickets purchased will be entered into the draw. No limit on total tickets per person.

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via phone and email and published on the Claremont Football Club website and social media within 3 business days of the draw.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize remains unclaimed for one (1) year from the draw date, the Promoter will notify the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia as required by law. The prize will then be dealt with in accordance with any direction given by the Commission.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during this raffle will be handled in accordance with Claremont Football Club’s privacy policy and used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting winners.

10. Liability

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance/use of any prize, except as required by law.
