Mark Cossom Re-signs as Claremont Colts Coach Until 2028

The Claremont Football Club is pleased to announce that Colts Coach Mark Cossom has recommitted to the Tigers, signing on for a further two seasons.

After taking the reins of the Colts program at the end of 2025, Cossom has made a strong impact both on and off the field, helping drive the continued development of the Club’s emerging talent while fostering a positive and professional environment for players and staff.

Cossom said he was delighted to extend his time at Claremont and continue working within one of the WAFL’s leading development programs.

“I’m so grateful to be offered the opportunity to continue for the next two years at such a great club like Claremont,” Cossom said.

“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my first season as Colts coach, getting the chance to not only work with all the fantastic staff and volunteers at the club, but also to be part of such a strong player development program.”

“I look forward to doing my part in helping them develop to be the best footballers and young men they can be.
