2025 Major Raffle

1. Promoter

The promoter is Claremont Football Club Inc. (ABN 64028387313), Claremont Oval, 3 Davies Road, Claremont WA 6010.

3. Raffle Period

Ticket sales commence on 14/7/25 and close on 10/10/25. The draw will take place on 10/10/25 at 3 Davies Road Claremont WA 6010.

4. Prizes

• First Prize: 2024 Toyota HiLux 4×4 2.8L Dsl D/C 6AT SR including 12 months registration, stamp duty, CTP insurance, and standard on-road costs.
  • The vehicle is supplied with delivery kilometres and may have additional kilometres on the odometer due to transport, marketing, and promotional use.
  • The vehicle is not exchangeable for cash or other goods.
  • The winner is responsible for obtaining insurance prior to taking possession of the vehicle.
  • Vehicle handover will take place at Claremont Football Club or another agreed location within 14 days of the draw.
• Second Prize: Kimberley Experiences Package
  • Flights are not included.
  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.​
  • Travel dates subject to availability and must be redeemed within 12 months of the draw date.

• Third Prize: Down South Escape
  • Caves House Gift voucher expiry 1/7/27 – not extendable.
  • Voucher applies to non-peak periods only.
  • Using voucher during peak times will incur an extra charge

5. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Committee members involved in administering the raffle are not eligible to enter.

6. Ticket Information

Tickets are priced at $100 each. All valid tickets purchased will be entered into the draw. No limit on total tickets per person.

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via phone and email and published on the Claremont Football Club website and social media within 3 business days of the draw.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 months from the draw date, the Club reserves the right to redraw the prize in accordance with relevant regulations.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during this raffle will be handled in accordance with Claremont Football Club’s privacy policy and used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting winners.

10. Liability

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance/use of any prize, except as required by law.
