Claremont on the Park Vision
We are very excited to share a video produced by Landcorp that gives a 3D simulation of what the Claremont on the Park redevlopment is predicted to look like on completion. The Claremont Football Club's impressive $14m facility is currently scheduled for completion in December of this year, which means the Club's 2017 WAFL season will be played back at our traditional grounds.
The new facility will meet both football and community objectives. The club intends to provide a facility that is environmentally sustainable, caters for community programs and is a vibrant hub utilised all year round. The development will be recognised as state-of-the-art and a benchmark for Western Australia.
Some impressive facilities in the new building will include:
- Commercial Gym
- Members Sports Bar
- Café
- Large Function Rooms
- Sponsor’s Lounge
- Players’ Lounge
- Sports Medicine area
- Hall of Fame
- Grandstand Seating
"Claremont on the Park will bring a fresh new mix of living and business opportunities to re-connect the Claremont community currently divided by the railway line. It will literally bridge the tracks, extending what Claremont offers to provide new and different experiences." - Landcorp (2014).
We hope our players, members and supporters will enjoy this magnificent facility and community hub for years to come.
