ROUND 22 PREVIEW: CLAREMONT VS SWAN DISTRICTS

Thursday, September 2, 2021 - 12:32 PM

BY DAN SCAMOZZI

The mighty Claremont Tigers will be aiming for their third consecutive win when they host rivals Swan Districts at Revo Fitness Stadium in the final round of the home-and-away season on Saturday afternoon.

The third-placed Tigers, who enter the clash on the back of wins against Perth and West Coast, will approach it with a tremendous appetite for the contest as they seek to remain in the hunt for a top-two finish on the ladder.

And with Swans occupying fifth position - along with the added spice of a western-versus-eastern suburbs rivalry - a fierce battle is set to unfold with finals on the horizon.

Silky forward Jake Patmore is unavailable for selection after sustaining a hamstring injury in round 21.

The Claremont Football Club encourages members and fans to fill Tigerland and support the mighty Tigers.

Entry is FREE for kids under 16.
