Pre-Season Preview: Perth vs. Claremont
By Daniel Scamozzi
The first of Claremont’s two pre-season fixtures takes place on Saturday afternoon, with the mighty Tigers set to face Perth at Lathlain Park.
The contest will provide the Tigers with an invaluable opportunity to further build on their pre-season preparations, with round one of the 2019 Optus WAFL Premiership Season rapidly approaching.
The Tigers have welcomed back some familiar faces to the club over the summer, and competition for spots in the League side is set to intensify as the team aims to continue its development and improvement under coach Darren Harris.
Club stalwarts Ian Richardson and Kane Mitchell have been appointed co-captains for 2019, while Tom Lee has been appointed vice-captain.
The club encourages the Tiger Army to attend the game and support the mighty Tigers.
