Warren Ralph Inducted Into The WA Hall Of Fame
Congratulations to Warren Ralph who was last night inducted into the West Australian Hall of Fame. He has the distinction of being Claremont’s greatest goal-kicker --- 564 from 123 league matches --- and was the WAFL’s leading goal-kicker four times --- 1980 (87 goals), 1981 (127), 1982 (115) and 1983 (128). He is also a triple Claremont premiership player, in 1981, 1987 and 1989. He also represented WA in six interstate matches (kicking 21 goals) and kicked 72 goals in 21 VFL matches for Carlton, including nine goals on debut, against North Melbourne in 1984. He remains a keen supporter of the club and is a frequent spectator at Claremont Oval.
High flying Warren Ralph 1982.
