Meet Our Senior Coaches For 2019

With many of our assistant coaches moving on at the end of the 2018 season, the Club would like to introduce our 2019 coaching staff. 

Player Development: Simon Nimmo
Former Claremont player, Simon Nimmo, returns to the Club in 2019. Simon played 104 games during his 7 seasons at Tigerland. He will be helping out with player developement in 2019.
 
Reserves Coach: Brayden Duckworth
Wanneroo Amateur Football Club premiership coach Brayden Duckworth will join the team in 2019. Brayden played 4 seasons at West Perth and 1 at Swan Districts before moving to Wanneroo. Brayden will be taking over the role of Reserves Coach from Steven Armstrong.
 
Forwards Coach: Trinity Handley
Two-time Claremont premiership player Trinity Handley will return to Tigerland in 2019. Trinity played over 180 games, starred in 5 grand finals and was a versatile player during his 10 seasons at Claremont. After retiring in 2014, Trinity returns to the Tigers to take over from Craig White as the Club’s Forwards Coach.
 
Mids Coach: Steven Armstrong
West Coast Eagles premiership player and our 2018 Reserves Coach, Steven Armstrong, will remain at Claremont in 2019. Steven will take over from Andrew Embley as the Club’s Mids Coach.
 
Backs Coach: Josh Pullman
Former Swan Districts and South Fremantle player, Josh Pullman will join the Tigers in 2019. After retiring in 2017 having played 89 WAFL games and 60 NEAFL games, Josh looks to pursue his coaching career. He will be taking over from Geoff Valentine as our Backs Coach.
