With just two rounds remaining before finals, the Tigers must defeat Swans and then West Perth, and rely on the Falcons and fifth-placed East Perth losing their remaining matches to feature in September.

LAST TIME THEY MET:
Round 13, 2017, Claremont 16.14 (110) def Swan Districts 6.7 (43) at Claremont Oval.
TALKING POINTS:
- With fourth-placed Swans one win behind third-placed Peel Thunder, and the Tigers still a mathematical chance of playing finals, a fierce contest is set to unfold between two traditional rivals.
- The Tigers have won three of the last four games against Swans, including a 67-point drubbing of the Black Ducks in round 13.
- With it being Claremont’s last away game of the season, the club encourages the Tiger army to attend and cheer the team to victory.
