Terms and Conditions 

The two (2) return tickets must be issued by 31 December 2017. Tickets will be voided if not redeem by due date.

·         Travel must be completed by 31 March 2018.

·         Travel must be between 15 September - 30 November 2017; 25 January – 31 March 2018.  Travel during school holiday is not permitted. The Prize cannot be redeemed during any other period. Different destinations have different travel restrictions. Seat confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking and not all dates will be available. The flights are restricted to (U) class availability only. Please check with Qatar Airways on ticket restrictions before planning your trip. 

·         Prizewinner booking can only be made within 5 months of travel date. Please contact QR office PER for your queries regarding flights availability and confirmation.

·         Prizewinner tickets are non transferable and non redeemable for cash or any kind.

·         Date changes are not permitted once tickets have been issued.

·         All applicable taxes and fuel surcharges to be paid by the prizewinner.

·         Prizewinner tickets must travel together at all times.

·         Prizewinner tickets are not entitled to accommodation arrangement for transit and stopover at Doha.

·         No Frequent Flyer Program Miles will be awarded for these tickets nor will they have access to Premium airport lounges.

·         Prizewinner tickets are entitled to standard baggage allowances as per Qatar Airways ticket conditions.

·         Prizewinners are fully responsible for their own VISA arrangement and validity of travel documents.

·         This original prize letter must be presented upon prize redemption.
