Round 5 - South Fremantle v Claremont

Wednesday, April 12, 2017 - 8:58 AM

By Dan Scamozzi

Claremont face South Fremantle at Fremantle Community Bank Oval in a twilight blockbuster on Good Friday, as the team look to continue their strong start to the season.

Following victories over East Perth, Perth and East Fremantle, the Tigers will be aiming to make it four in a row with a win against the Bulldogs, who smashed West Perth in round four.

Jack Richardson will miss the clash as he awaits the results of scans from a hamstring injury suffered in the win over the Royals, while Ryan Neates (knee), who missed the game, will need to get through training to be considered for selection.

Harrison McCracken (shin soreness), who was a late withdrawal, will need to prove his fitness.

Jared Hardisty (ankle), who was a late withdrawal from the Reserves team in round four, is likely to play his first game for the season along with Nick Winmar (hamstring).

The Claremont Football Club encourages members and fans to attend the match and cheer on the mighty Tigers.
