Claremont’s Jack Bradshaw, Jye Bolton and Mitch Andrews all played pivotal roles in Western Australia’s drought-breaking 63-point thumping of Victoria at North Port Oval last Saturday.

With former Claremont coach Michael Broadbridge coaching the team, the Black Swans slammed on 17 goals to seven after quarter-time to prevail 20.14 (134) to 10.11 (71) and record their first win against Victoria in Melbourne.

The Tigers cruised to a 14.13-97 to 2.3-15 victory over Perth on Sunday. Although the players took some time to adjust to the somewhat wintery conditions, strong second and third quarters were enough to get the win.

Former AFL player, Kepler Bradley will host two school programs during July in both the Claremont and Great Southern Districts.

Both programs will consist of a series of testing followed by a scratch match.

An inaccurate Claremont slumped to their sixth consecutive defeat, with the Tigers suffering a 32-point loss against West Perth at HBF Arena last Saturday.

Claremont’s Reserves defeated West Perth by 49 points at HBF Arena last Saturday to record their fifth consecutive win and maintain their outstanding and consistent form.

Claremont’s Reserves’ stunning form has continued, with the Tigers defeating Perth by 27 points at Fremantle Community Bank Oval last Saturday to record their fourth consecutive win.

The 15.14 (104) to 12.5 (77) victory was set up by a six-goal-to-one second term and moves Claremont ahead of Perth and into second position on the ladder.
