Former Claremont player, Simon Nimmo, returns to the Club in 2019. Simon played 104 games during his 7 seasons at Tigerland. He will be helping out with player developement in 2019.

Each season a number of talented footballers make the journey from our Kimberley and Great Southern Zones to Perth to represent the Claremont Football Club.

Many of these players are 17-18-years-old and are leaving their family homes for the first time, seeking employment and accommodation as they pursue their footballing dreams.

IT is hard to imagine that Jye Bolton could have possibly done anymore to lead Claremont from the front in 2018 and the dual Sandover Medallist capped his brilliant season with a second EB Cook Medal as well.

Bolton was in his third season in the WAFL with Claremont since he crossed from VFL club Werribee and while he hasn’t quite been able to achieve the team success he craves, it's hard to imagine the three years could have gone too much better from an individual standpoint.

Bolton arrived at Claremont in 2016 and had a stunning first season playing for the WAFL State Team, winning the Simpson Medal and then finishing the season with both the Sandover Medal and Cook Medal as Claremont's fairest and best winner.

Brilliant midfielder Jye Bolton has become just the 14^th player to have won multiple Sandover medals after winning the WAFL’s most prestigious award at Monday night’s count at Optus Stadium.

Bolton, 26, polled 52 votes to finish five clear of Subiaco captain Kyal Horsley.

Claremont’s Reserves suffered a 42-point defeat against Subiaco in the preliminary final at Fremantle Community Bank Oval, with the disappointing performance ending the Tigers’ season.
