Claremont Football Club Head Coaching Vacancy
The Claremont Football Club is committed to maximizing the potential of every footballer by providing industry leading education and innovation. The CFC Football Program fosters an environment where every footballer can achieve their goals and perform at their best.
To be considered for these roles, you will need significant and successful experience developing players, along with outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Suitable applicants will possess;
People Management & Planning:
- Capacity to effectively manage talented athletes and staff
- Ability to lead and influence within a high performance environment
- Demonstrate structured and sequential planning within a dynamic football season.
- Display a good understanding of Indigenous culture
Football Knowledge:
- Understanding of talented athlete identification, development theories and practice
- Strong knowledge of coaching techniques / strategies
- Sound understanding of skill development learning strategies
- Sound knowledge of WAFL Football / Talent Pathway / programs
- Commitment to ongoing personal development in the area of coach education.
Effective Communication:
- Highly developed and proven communication (written, verbal, visual), interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
- Level 2 coach accreditation (minimum)
- Significant and successful WAFL, WAAFL or comparative coaching experience
